I don't know much about cake decorating in my earlier days of baking. So what I did. I bought nice ribbons to decorate my cakes. The problem with using ribbons are there are expensive and you might not be able to reuse as some will be taken away, the cutting is different and some might not like the ribbon pattern and colour. You will have a lot of ribbons in your store later on. Having said that, I still think ribbons made nice decoration for cakes.
This I made for my cousin wedding in Beaufort last year. What do you think?
