Baby Shower Cake

I was checking my flickr account which was not updated since I took my break from baking, when I saw this baby shower figurine and baby shower cake/ booties. OMG, I am glad to see this. I have never thought of preparing it. I need to prepare one for my baby full moon party. I can make simple baby booties, but what colour should I choose, Pink or Blue.
